The limit of TheOnlineFurnitureStore.com’s (TOFS) responsibility for any purchases that you make is expressed in the Terms and Conditions specified below and the Terms of Use for the TOFS Web Site which are incorporated herein by reference, as they may be amended from time to time. When purchasing a product, you agree to all of such terms and conditions by clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button.

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale are strictly regarding sales through TOFS’s Web Site and exclude any other sales of TOFS products. These Terms and Conditions of Sale may not be altered, supplemented or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and TOFS.

Payment

Payment for the products will be made by credit card. Credit cards that are accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Terms of payment are within TOFS’s sole discretion and payment must be received by TOFS prior to your order shipping. Your credit card will be charged for the full purchase price as stated on your sales receipt upon order placement. Your order is subject to cancellation by TOFS, at TOFS’s sole discretion. TOFS is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

All orders are subject to availability. The prices of the products are exclusive of shipping, handling, or applicable sales or other taxes.

You agree and represent that you are buying only for your use and not for resale or export.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled with no charge from the time of order through 24 hours after order confirmation. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restock fee. To cancel an order, call us at 1-877-734-7767.

Availability: Shipping will begin within 5 business days after Stock availability has been confimed.
